Zanzibar is a paradise well worth visiting. To fully enjoy its white sands and turquoise waters, we organize for you this 10 Days 9 Nights Zanzibar Beach Holiday Tour.
During this trip, you will enjoy the highlights of Zanzibar and experience a lot of activities and experiences. Visit the Slave market/slave chambers, visit the prison island, do a Safari blue adventure trip to take you around the beautiful waters of Zanzibar, have a Spice farm tour, visit the Jozani forest and many more activities and places as well.
Pick up from the Airport, greet, drive to the North or East Coast beach for check in and rest on bed & breakfast.
Pick up at the Hotel after breakfast at 08:30 for:
• Stone town tour – visit Slave market/slave chambers, Old Markiti, The house of wonders & old forte, Fred mercury’s house, the museums and much more, And then
• Sail to prison island – you will get historical explanations of the prison island, you will see the Giant Aldabra Tortoise which existed approximately more than 150 years old, see birds and then snorkel at the reef.
Full day relaxing at the hotel.
Pick up at the hotel after breakfast at 08:00 hrs and then drive to Fumba town for:
• Safari blue adventure trip - the most Zanzibar’s talked about sea adventures! Join our safaris blue crews for epic day of aquatic activities, snorkel at the blue lagoon.
• Safari blue adventures take you around the beautiful waters of Zanzibar, sailing in one of our authentic traditional Dhows. Visit Kwale Island, water-based activities like snorkeling and then Swahili sea food feast before sailing back to Fumba town & drive back to stone town for rest.
Full day relaxing at the hotel/resort on bed & breakfast.
Pick up at the Hotel after breakfast at 08:30 for:
• Spice farm tour - While there, you shall see how the spices, herbs and fruits grow and are cultivated. Your tour guide will describe how the crops can be used.
• Spices and herbs were originally introduced to Zanzibar by Portuguese traders in the 16th century, brought from their colonies in South America and India.
You will be smelling and tasting spices, herbs and tropical fruits such as cloves, lemongrass, nutmeg, cinnamon, turmeric, vanilla, coconuts, papaya, chili, black pepper, jackfruit, cardamom, cassava and oranges. And then drive to;
• Jozani forest - is a natural pharmacy, an amazing source of natural remedies! Every plant or tree cures something.
You will see red Colobus monkeys and even harder to spot – Zanzibar Sykes’ monkey, a very rare monkey species unique to Zanzibar. Along with Red Colobus Monkeys you can expect to see Bush baby, 50 different species of butterflies and 40 species of birds. Then drive back at Tembo Hotel in the afternoon for rest.
Full day relaxing at the hotel/resort on bed & breakfast.
Pick up at 9:00 hrs after breakfast and drive to JAMBIANI VILLAGE for;
• A cultural village tour – visit villagers working in different professions
• Visit a traditional herbalist who will show you local medicines, herbs and their uses.
• Visit seaweed farms run by women, you will learn a typical zanzibar culture and the environment. Etc, then drive back to stone town for rest at Tembo Hotel.
Full day relaxing at the hotel beach on bed & breakfast, and at 17:00hrs;
• Sail for DHOW SUNSET CRUISE TRIP on their last day, which start from the hotel at 17:30 hrs, sail in a traditional dhow for sunset – you see the sunset, drink, snacks, take pictures before sailing back for dinner and rest.
Pick up at the hotel after breakfast and check out processes and drive to the airport for flight home.
