Overview
During only two days you will have a unique desert excursion, explore the stony tracks and the sand dunes and see 3 types of deserts, the Reg, the Erg and the Salt Lake of Chott. You will enjoy your trip to the fullest: bathe in a natural hot spring, take a camel ride or quad ride on the dunes, visit the inhabitant in his cave house, learn a lot about the traditions of southern Tunisia and spend a night in a tent under the stars.

Itinerary
Day 1 : In the underground house
Chenini
A hike of about 40 minutes will be on the program to discover the Berber village of Chenini with its different components
Ksar Ghilane
You will have the opportunity to swim in the hot spring near the oasis
Chahbania
Photo stop at Chahbania salt lake to admire the phenomenon of mirages
Tataouine
Free time to visit the market and stroll through its alleys. Be careful, you have to negotiate if you want to buy something!
Guermassa
Visit the Berber village of Guermessa. This village is very similar to Chenini except that it is no longer inhabited at all!
Day 2 : Machame Camp to Shira Camp
Escale de Toujane
A photo break of the Berber village of Toujane hidden timidly between two mountains
Tamezret
Technical stop at the Tamazret café in case you need sanitation and an opportunity to taste good fine tea or take some photos of the nearby Berber village and the panoramic view
Matmata
Arrived at Matmata, we will visit a Berber family in their troglodyte house. Discover these unique homes, naturally air conditioned and enjoy a good rosemary tea, served by your host, with olive oil and honey!
